About Habitat for Humanity of Knox County, Ohio

Habitat for Humanity of Knox County, Ohio was founded in 1987 when a group of compassionate and dedicated volunteers began to lay the foundation for buildings homes and hope and our community.

At the end of 2023, Knox County Habitat has served over 28 families through partnership to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing and have expanded to support those with mobility limitations to regain access our community through our Ramp Up Knox County Program.

Volunteers, staff members, donors, ReStore shoppers, raffle participants, partner organizations, and numerous others make our work in Knox County possible.

Bourbon Raffle FAQs

  • Any person that is 21 years of age or older can purchase a ticket.

  • Money raised from our raffles goes toward the building programs of Habitat for Humanity of Knox County, Ohio. There are several expenses involved in organizing a successful bourbon raffle and we must take those expenses out of the total dollars raised. Examples of expenses include advertising for raffles, and bourbon purchasing,.

  • Winning tickets will be selected at a live drawing on April 12, 2024.

    Winners do not need to be present to win and will be notified by the email address they used to purchase the tickets.

  • Winners must pick up prizes in person and have a valid ID.

    Winner pick-up location will be the Habitat for Humanity of Knox County Offices at 13246 Wooster Rd. Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050.
